Proverbs 31:28-29 “Her children rise up and call her blessed (happy, fortunate and to be envied); and her husband boasts of and praises her, saying,Many daughters have done virtuously, nobly, and well (with the strength of character that is steadfast in goodness) but you excel them all.”
Lesson- Every work that she does has been for the benefit and in service to her family not just herself. She has been a blessing in their lives and made a positive impact. I think that’s something we should all strive for. It’s an honor to serve others, we shouldn’t look at it like a chore but like a service and more so a service that we’re rendering to God. We are to do our work as unto the Lord and not for men (Col. 3:23)
Tip for Men- Don’t be afraid to hype up your woman and give her praises! Especially if she has been good to you and blessed you like the Proverbs 31 woman has. We want to be encouraged too, support from our men is important and gladly welcome!
Tip for Women- I just want to encourage you to be a woman who makes a difference. A woman who does excellently, not just the bare minimum and that positively impacts your family and your generational line. A woman that your children and husband can be proud of because of how you’ve been a blessing and one day be presented to God and have Him say Well done. (And I’m going to read an excerpt from my Bible about verse 29…)
